<p>To achieve succes when you&#8217;re working out in the gym is a matter of seconds. That&#8217;s true! In the same way a fraction of a second during a 100 metre dash will make or break a sprinter&#8217;s race, that fraction determines muscle building success or failure and determines also your body&#8217;s muscle growth.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s right, your workout session maybe lasts for about an hour, but there&#8217;s a small fraction of time in your session that really matters and that&#8217;s something you have to know in order to achive the best results. How you handle that seconds would mean poor, mediocre or great results.</p>
<p>Let me try to explain. Every set of execises that you perform in the gym will give you benefits on the last 1-2 reps. Why? Because muscles respond to stress, so, the first reps you perform are nothing but a mechanism to trigger the stress your muscles need to grow.</p>
<p>Then, reps 1-4 are only performed in order to get to reps 5 and 6, the ones that really matter in the bodybuilding process. The first ones, do very little in terms of stimulating muscular growth.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s important then, is to overload the muscles on reps 5 and 6. And the most important thing to achieve better results is try to keep that stress level as long as you can at the end of each set.</p>
<p>There is simply no better way to trigger your body&#8217;s adaptive responses than to train until your muscles cannot move the weight another inch. The closer and closer that you can come to muscular failure, the more dramatically your body will respond.</p>
<p>So, if you perform 10 sets per workout, and the last six seconds are the ones that mean success or failure, there you have that 60 seconds i&#8217;ve been talking about. That crucial 60 second will give you, or not, the muscular growth youre looking for.</p>
<p>Well, if we assume that you perform 10 total all out sets per workout and have a margin of 6 seconds between success/failure per set, this gives you 60 seconds of total time per workout to either battle through with full effort or to surrender and settle for mediocre results.</p>
<p>It really is true; your bodybuilding success is literally measured by the short, precise moments at the very end of each set and the amount of effort you are willing to exert during this time.</p>
<p>If you can force yourself to train to all out muscular failure, you&#8217;ll achieve the <a  href='http://beautyweight.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-pro.php?id=19' onmouseover="top.window.status='a great diet will help'; return true" onmouseout="top.window.status=''; return true" target="_blank">best results possible</a>. <p>Basa fish is part of the larger catfish family. The body of a basa fish is stout and heavy. The rounded head is broader than it is long, the blunt snout having a white band on its muzzle. Basa fish has a milder and more delicate taste than other catfish. The basa fish also give less fishy smell than other fish does.</p>
<p>Basa are native to the Mekong River Delta in Vietnam and Chao Phraya basin. The basa fish are important food resource with an international market. The basa fish has grown more popular in the western market the later years. It is now available in many supermarkets. Since the basa fish is an imported fish you will most often buy it frozen.</p>
<p>Basa fish is typically grilled much like we grill salmon. I usually give it a brush with some butter. You can use garlic butter if you want to. Spice up the basa fish with some white pepper or other spices as well to give it extra taste. You can add lemon and lime at the end to give it some extra flavor.</p>
<p>After you have spiced up the basa filets and added some butter it is necessary to pack aluminum foil around them. There are several reasons for this. The process is simple. Make one sheet of aluminum foil for each filet and wrap the foil around it.</p>
<p>When you put the aluminum wrapped basa fish filets on the grill you should grill them for at least 10 minutes on each side. The cooking time is between 10 and 15 minutes. It is important not to overcook them. It is not recommended to turn the fish around all the time. Grill them for 10 minutes on one side and then turn them around for an additional 10 minutes.</p>
